 Please
remember that we can
mail your converted/transferred video media or any of the products we carry to our honorable military
personnel at their military addresses.
Note:
Federal regulations prohibit the duplication AND
distribution of copyrighted materials. Customer is responsible to obey all
national and international laws governing the duplication or distribution of
audio/video media. Orders containing objectionable material or is
copy-protected will be returned and a $10 return charge will apply.

Follow all instructions and complete the form. Use the label on the form
and mail
us your order or, if you are in the neighborhood, bring it all to our retail

data file to be viewed or edited on any computer - or as a format-free VCD that

We can create labels for your
work-order for an additional charge. The labels can be printed in black
and white text or your choice of graphics/photos and adhered to the final DVD,
VCD, CD, or VHS.

quality of the duplicates will reflect the originals - with the exception of
some video loss on converted or transferred media. Consumer agrees not to
hold DEI or its employees liable for damages or loss of original media.

for any violation. Customer is requested to print the Audio/Video
Conversion Request Form, complete it, secure it, and then to mail the video media to our
address insured. Notifying us of the mailing via e-mail or phone call is

Terms:
- Prices shown are per converted
video media. The price includes format conversion and a high quality dubbing tape
(VHS) and/or DVD.
- Master and converted media will be shipped within 2 business days from receipt of master
media.
- All prices shown are inclusive of return delivery charges. Domestic Prices are for shipment
of both the master and converted media to the same address in the USA. International prices are for shipment of both
media to the same
address outside of US. If shipping addresses for master and converted tapes are different, add $5.00 for domestic and $20.00 for
International to the prices shown.
- If tapes are to be returned to an address in the state of Texas, sales tax at the rate
of 8.25% will be added to the domestic prices shown.
- Return delivery will be via UPS Ground in the US
or via United State Postal Service Priority Mail.
- All prices are in US dollars only. We do not accept payment in any other currency.
How to Order:
Print our PDF version of Video Conversion Request form.
Fill all required information on it and pack it securely with the master video
media. Mail it (insured mail is suggested), along with a Postal Money
Order (or credit card information) payable and addressed to :

If you can not print the Video
Conversion Request form, please provide the following information with your tape:
- Conversion from and Conversion to, for example: NTSC to PAL or PAL to NTSC etc. If not
sure, provide the name of the country where the converted tape will be viewed.
- Conversion tape format - VHS (or) DVD.
- Credit card number. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
- Credit card expiry date.
- Name on credit card.
- Billing address. This is the address where the cardholder receives the credit card bill.
- Shipping address. This is the address for return delivery from us to you.
If it is different from the billing address, you must notify us. If the master tape and converted tapes are to be shipped to different address, please provide
both addresses and specify which tape should go where. Note that extra charges
may apply in special cases .
- Your email address and/or phone number (in case we need to contact you about an issue
pertaining to your order)
